BH 2.0.6 - Vu+ Duo - Motor HH90 - PROBLEM

Help!!! I'm getting crazy
This has been going on for months and there's nothing I can do. :(

I moved from one place to another (in Switzerland). Place 1 (let's name it) I had everything set, and working perfectly (Vu+ Duo with VTi image, preinstalled - motor HH90). No problem whatsoever. Easy setup, 7 satellites. Motor moving flawlessly - Pure Joy!

Now, couple of months ago, I moved to Place 2.
I setup my Vu+ Duo to USALS with new coordinates (Long. and Lat.).
Sent the motor back (option Goto 0 in Satfinder, or something like that - which SHOULD reset the motor).
Found the true south (closest satellite is 7°E), or at least I believe I did. But now, motor HH90 is not moving. No matter what I do, it's just not moving. I've tried EVERYTHING. I even bought a Satlink 6908 satfinder...
I have no ideas.

Any help is more than welcome!
Thanks in advance...

@Miki Maus : Try to reflash 2.0.8, online update to 2.0.8.1 and do your setup again. If your motor will not move, could be motor or Duo HW problem.

It's not the motor HH90 - Satlink 6908 is moving motor just fine with USALS command.
I doubt it's the Duo HW problem since it worked flawlessly.
I'll try to update it...
Thanks.

I've tried almost any single possibility...
Starting from A as USALS (as it used to worked fine this way) and B as -not configured- to all the possibilities of Advanced (one by one satellite), Single, or DISECQ, and B as -loopthorugh A-.
Nothing made Vu+ Duo move the motor automatically.
However, through Positioner Setup I can move the motor, so it seems that my Vu+ Duo somehow doesn't send the USALS command to the motor...
I'm trying now to reflash the box...

How do you know your motor is accepting usals commands(pcb in motor)......try another serviceable motor if possible

I have just changed my motor...same problem.

I'm using a new Satlink 6908 satfinder device. It does move the motor with its USALS command.
It's going to be difficult to find another motor...

In Satfinder option in Vu+ Duo, when I chose a satellite (say Astra 19.2° or Hotbird 13°, whichever...) I just moves the motor for a second and than it sends it back.

Ok...go back to the flash image that your system worked flawlessly in as a test....but I personally do not suspect latest BH 208.1

Have you tried the advanced setup with the usals option not selected ?

As fas as I can remember I tried to put the antenna cable into the B tuner and nothing seemed to be changing...

Now, I've just flashed the Vu+ Duo with the latest BH 2.0.8 and still nothing. It just moves the motor a bit and then it sends it back to zero. However, when I manually try to move the motor from the Satfinder it does move East and West...

:( well, I don't quite remember what version of VTi it was... I'll try find the one I've found matching the date I bought the item and let you know.

I've just tried - with the Advanced Setup (USALS not selected) it still does not move the dish.
I'll try now to reflash to the old VTi image.

Have you tried to use East/West buttons in positioner to tune in preferred Sat give it a number then save.

Old VTi image is back but still NOTHING.
Does anyone have an idea what's wrong?? :(

In positioner mode...select a sat to tune,.......East/West move to tune in...when you get a signal allocate a number and save.
In advance set up allocate same number deselect Usals command and save...select a channel from list then what happens.

I've just tried that... No way! Motor is not moving.
Now I believe it's the Vu+ Duo.
Do you have any more ideas? Something i can do inside the Vu to make it work??

Well, how than I manage to move motor manually in Positioner (although it doesn't find satellites) but not using USALS?

The only way to get to the truth , is to try with another receiver.
In this way, you do not even know if the receiver is a problem or a motor, cables, etc.
