You think forum administrators need to solve customer problems ??
We are not street cleaners , and workers.

To add more , team members have inform VU +
about this problem.

And that's the maximum what we can do.

Write a black post All over the forum does not make sense.
This is a team forum and not an agency for the protection of customers.

i have been informed by member, that vu+ team know the problem. thats's only for now .we have to wait and see whether vu+ team will solve the issue or no

Ok i get its not your responsibility agreed but if this forum is not sponsored by vu+ team why comments posted against vu+ has been removed

So what if it is forum sponsored
This does not mean that we do and take responsibility for the purchased receivers.
On the other hand we will not allow that this forum is being used as a black newspaper.
This is a problem between buyer and seller and not BH team.

So wrong address.

This is a team forum to support our hobby and not store and factories.

Of course we are always ready to help ,if possible.
Of course it is always allowed to write about the problem and the search for solutions.
But we will not allow misuse of the forum.

I think it's clear.

Friends from Europe who can not get this satellite can test on ABS-2 75 East Russia Beam Transponder 12093 V DVB-S2/8PSK
MPEG-4 45000 2/3 MTS TV package same problem signal being locked but channels not being stored

Number of peoples across Europe and Russia own VU+ machines & enjoy the ABS-2 75.East satellite. No body has claimed ever about the problem of the mentioned transponder . The main problem against D2h 88.East has placed in many platforms and have been discussed many times .I think this can be also the codec problem as well but I m not sure .

this package is recently started many users are also complaining about this satellite and package check other forums

hello friend

I have vu+ ultimo.

one year ago I am manage scan all tps of D2h 88.East.
problem was start 6 or 7 month ago.
when I lost one tp 11483 H SR 44995 FEC 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK..
now at the moment I lost more three tps.
now its 4 tp my receiver not scanning
11483 H SR 44995 FEC 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
11546 V SR 44995 FEC 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
11546 H SR 44995 FEC 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
11672 H SR 44995 FEC 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK

and all other tps scanning perfectly.
and other tps also 44000 plus samble rate....
sorry for my bad English.

I watched your video and find this problem to be interesting. Using a Duo2, I can watch the channels on the 12167H 45000SR QSPSK transponder on Telstar 12, 15W. I do realize your problem transponders are not exactly identical to this one.

I notice you are very careful to enter the correct information for the transponder in your video. Have you tried these frequencies using DVB-S, Transponder frequency, Symbol Rate, and Polarization. Leave all other settings at default(s)? I know this is all the information my Duo2 needs, and have noted that sometimes entering the advertised transponder information like you a doing in the video will give me signal issues with some transponders.

Does this problem exist in other enigma2 boxes besides Vu+?
Have you tried Blindscan?
Have you tried using an external DVB-S2 tuner?

Ultimo and dou2 has same tuners and result is also same dou2 has scanning only these tps

problem started when videocon changed symbol rate to 44995

I have done everything but no use in blind scan only tp get scanned which is also tune channels manually

i have solo2 which scans all channels

i only sell original boxes and since vu+ came into market these receivers are affordable for struggling economy like Pakistan but surprisingly all clone boxes have no issue on this satellite

we dont promote clones thats why will not mention names here but believe me all receivers are tuning this satellite and even cheap receivers which cost 10 dollars are also scanning this transponders

VU+ duo2 couldn't scan the HD tp for dialog tv in intelsat 12 , 11500V/28800/V/S2/8PSK
it dont even show signals for this transponder but all others transponders get locked

dear after changed symbol rate to 44995 from d2h my receiver scan all tps and I was watched all channel.

problem start mid of last year.
i tried blind scan all tps shows in tp list but 4 tp 0 service scan.
I also have backup of image black hole 2.1.4 when I manage scan all tp.
but after restore backup show signal channel that tp but after 3 or 4 second came message on screen "No data on transponder! (Timeout reading PAT).
