This is not implemented so that users change something in the order of the lists.
It is implemented in order to allow the use of icons in menu panels.

We did this in order to keep the order in the menu lists fixed.
Otherwise, the additional installation of a plugin
that uses a menu prevented the use Menu that you see in this skin.

So any additional plugin installed afterwards that uses a menu will come to the end of the Menu list
not between defined image additions and plugins used in standard clean image,
as it was in earlier images.

This image change also provides additional capabilities to update for the skins with icons with an additional icons for interesting plugins,
installed afterwards.
All in all a new possibility in skins coding not only fon icons but even more..

Menu iteams position in Menu lists you can change if you want to change
and they are set in menu.xml and in menuorder.bh (for plugins) both in /usr/share/enigma2/
but changes may disrupt the Menu of used skins
backup orginal files if you like to play.

You have installed extra plugin using the system menu ??
On which box you tested ??

I'll have to look at the system menu that is a special case,
as it is in two parts.

my plugin in system is only filebrowser if im correct, the rest is emc autotimer epgsearch. but there is alot with picons and no text .

alot of nice skin , start to be difficult to choose

I see.
So far I have not found an adequate solution for long-System panel,
because coding possibility is limited if the list is longer than one panel.
Especially when you add plugin that uses the main panels.
What is the case with the system panel .Which is divided in two.
The situation with horizontal menu is slightly better because there is more room for icons.
So more work for the future and search for adequate solutions.

Is it possible to add the name of the Service Provider to the Bouquet list on same line as the Service Orbital Position? It would make identifying similar channels by provider when scanning Full Channel list (via Red button).

Your skins have improved over the last few years and certainly enhance the use of the VU machines ...

I think you mean OBH image rather than the BH image.
It is possible to add in the channel selection in both images the name of the provider, but only for Current Service /channel.
But this information you have already in infobar.

Yes there is still a lot to improve
Now I have to use all the tricks in order to achieve desired effect and design.
What is not 100% possible.
The problem is the limited possibilities in Enigma2 for skins.

Together with our coder trying to improve , perhaps even more in the future.
