Black Hole is the boot logo, the HDMI message is probably your television.
Can you please explain the problem, in more detail.

What picture do you want to remove?
The Black Hole logo?
Please post more details of your satellite set up, and what you're trying to do.

Update the firmware from what?
You need to post a lot more information.
What type of satellite dish do you have, fixed, multiple LNB's, motorized?
Are you even using a satellite dish or just using the receiver for IPTV, Kodi, etc?
What are you trying to do?
You need to set up your receiver, configure the tuners, or IPTV.
Unless you provide more detailed information mno one can help you.

I need someone who saw this picture. Knows the path to where it is set. And he knows how to remove it. There are such specialists at the Black Hole forum? Simple question!

This image is not one of: bootlogo_wait.mvi or bootlogo.mvi or backdrop.mvi. Install a new image does not delete the picture! I now have the OpenPli image installed

Flash only a different splash_cfe_auto.bin file.
This must be 720x480, bmp, 24bit. Rename it as above and flash your box: only it will be changed.
