There´s no international section for Open BlackHole support
If there´s no "crashlog", you must reflash from scratch and do an "ONLINE UPDATE" to get Open BlackHole 4.3.019.
The cause, could be a plugin that you have installed ( for ex: a third party panel that breaks the code ).
Google German translation:
Wenn es kein "Crashlog" gibt, müssen Sie von Grund auf neu flashen und ein "ONLINE-UPDATE" durchführen, um Open BlackHole 4.3.019 zu erhalten.

yes im in 019 i update every time
i mean a fresh image install
i thinks full image install fix my wifi problem . my box,s wifi not working so i cannot see anything about wifi in my box settings its Duo2

If you can, get rid of slow and driver dependant WiFi: use powerlines, instead. WiFi is the past.

There´s nothing wrong with embedded Wify with Duo2. There´s nothing wrong also, with ONLINE UPDATE ( from 4.3.015 until get 4.3.019 ). So, for now, there´s no need to build another version image.

It's always advisable to perform updates by the command line, first of all because they, for some reasons, tend to avoid any troubles.
Secondly, because you can check what has been downloaded and possible errors or warnings.
And finally, and above all, because you can do it in background, without "disturbing" your viewing of the STB. You'll send the reboot command only when you are comfortable.
So, I prepare the box directly by the usual command we've read many times
opkg update && opkg upgrade
(you can give it at once or in two separate lines, as in the previous post), which downloads and prepares everything. Then when I don't need the box, I give the
reboot
for a complete restart of the STB.

Please, learn how to quote a message. You (even!) quoted your own message just to perform a so called UP action, because you did't add anything to the quoted post.
When you want to quote a message, it's not compulsory at all to quote the whole of it but you can delete as many part of the original post included between the start
This way other user won't be in the need of "open" the quote and then, even, as in this case, find out that you did not add a single line to the original post!
To perform an UP just post... "UP".
