Ultimo4k - VFD Problem

I have a problem with my Vu + Ultimo 4K, the VFD display just stopped working!
I've done the test with several images and none makes the VFD work normally, I've also made the bootloader update available on the official website.

Does anyone know the model of the FLAT CABLE and if it would be difficult to find, because I think it can be this.

Have you tried to clean the cable connections ,and reconnected the cable ?

It seems strange to me it's a flat cable problem because it's perfectly visible the string "Flashing image". It's not very likely that only a part of the screen is damaged and the upper one is perfect. Usually each flat cable track brings lines which are of different rows.
But it's only my feeling...
