I haven't seen before a SR > 30.000 !! And 100.5E Sat for my position is untestable
no seen !
but, I can received 12522/40700 at the position whit 80% SNR , just not received :
12582/40700/v12642/40700/v
12702/40700/v
all: dvb-S2/8PSK

Talking about the tuner, did anyone notice or even maybe report to VU support that the BER reading does not function at all? It reads 0 even when reception visibly breaks up.
Also, why isn't the signal strength reading also available in decibels, aside from SNR in percentage?

Yes, I'm sure. For SATs I can tune no-one has a SR > 30.000....
Yes, will be great, to see this on vu uno. Can Vu people to do this, for vu uno recivers.

i checked new fpga 4.4 with latest drivers. it cannot automatically search 11881 and 11900 in 26E. the problem exists. i manually scaned to find these channels. please kindly email to vu plus

Dear BH team,
I checked some frequencies like AsiaSat5- 100.5 E. UNO shows the efficient signal strength and quality, but DOES NOT scan the channels.
I upgrade into FPGA 4.4 and latest drivers last night. Also, I test it with BH 1.6.6.
In many frequencies and in many satellites, you can detect the above problem. e.g. in 11881 or 11900 in BADR satellite (26.0E)
As I tested in Asiasat 100.5E, many channels have very good signal strength & quality, but UNO cannot scan them.
I send some pictures for these frequencies in 2 modes:
1- Satellite finder
2- Manual Scan
Sample frequencies in the pictures are:
12582/40700/V , 12522/40700/V , 12702/40700/V , 12642/40700/V
All above frequencies are DVB-S2- 8psk

Finally I attached a movie file, I try to scan one of the mentioned frequencies, but NO channel would be found.

No.
When the FPGA is updated no need to reflash it. You must reflash FPGA when a new updates come out.

I have a big problem with my tuner, I dont be able to receive DVB-S2 channels in my VU+ UNO. I did everything, update drivers, FPGA, but nothing.
When i remplaced it by another tuner, it works.
Is it a defictive tuner? knowing that I bought my VU + this week in France.

If your UNO works fine with another tuner, really it seems your tuner is defective.
You should return it to the seller for changing it.

As far as I know, at the moment, you can't identify it.

you should upgrade your FPGA, if you sense any problem. If not, no need to upgrade it and it means that you have thr latest version
