• What is HBBTV?
  HBBTV is a pan-European specification for interactive TV applications with its roll-out in Germany, France and more countries are now following. HBBTV has been developed in order to fulfil the needs of seeking ways to deliver interactive services through a single web-based user interface. The fundamental goal is to create open standards providing the seamless TV experience to customers.

Thanks to all who contributed for this BH 1.77 image. Have just installed it and have some problems with Plugins. The Opera Web Browser is a bit large and cannot move the page up/down and can't see any Toolbar. The other problems with plugins are not related directly with BH 1.77 image but more with the authors of the Plugins. The plugins in question are 1channel and Cool TV Guide v6.0.3.

1channel has the same problem as that with BH 1.76 image, that of Pause/fast forward/backwords not functioning while they function well with image BH1.75. The problem with Cool TV Guide V6.0.3 is that when it is installed, it conflicks with the Green Panel. Though there is the Set Up, still had no success with this version. Had no problem with v5.6.2.

Hope that if the problems are from my side, someone will help me to solve these problems, and if they need an update, hope that they will be updated soon.

Found one fault. If HBBTV is active, the volumebuttons don't work anymore.
Is there a fix I can apply to make them work with HBBTV active?

For those who wanna check HBB TV on other than ZDF channel , there`s a test transmission on Astra 3B @ 23.5°E, frequency 12525, polarity V, SR 27500, FEC 3/4.

Because it is only a test transmission, there are not too many pages available so far. The native language is Czech.

Much more interesting is frequency 11856, polarity V, SR 27500, FEC 5/6, DVB-S2 on the same Astra 3B satellite @ 23.5°E.
There`s the Nederland 1 HD channel that also transmits HBB TV. It offers lots of interesting stuff including radio channels, so it is worthy to check it out!

Just a question : Is it possible for Opera web browser to store in a file the web address we like, working like a favourite list, cause it's boring to type every time on virtual key board a long address ?

The problem with Cool TV Guide V6.0.3 is that when it is installed, it conflicks with the Green Panel. Though there is the Set Up, still had no success with this version. Had no problem with v5.6.2.

Chenge settings in the setup, BUT USING YELLOW BUTTON to access proper settings..... I had problems too in finding the correct settings to change!
