what does it not show?
Just imagine that I'm calling car mechanic and saying my car won't start? How, the hell, will he know what is wrong with it?
When I access the BH Device Manager the screen where you would expect to see the devices is empty. Blank.

how do you know it's mounted then?
I think you meant it's not recognised any more.
Telnet to your box and enter: df -h
Post result in here please

if that is all what you got from telnet it means your usb is not seen at all. HDD should appear in bh device manager - if it's not you need to reinstall your image, mount devices again and get rid of these bl..dy stars from your image!
That's your answer

WE DON'T PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THIRD PARTY PLUGINS LIKE THE ONE YOU ARE USING (currently masked with *).
Next time: BAN.

The plugin your referring to can actually be the cause of the problem in the first place. It is well known that with pli and OE-A based images this can cause numerous problems one of which affects mount points.

I connect an internal HDD formated NTFS. The first step is to mount and then format ext3?
or i have to format it in ext3 before i should connect it?

You can mount NTFS disks directly.
If you mount a partition you CANNOT format them.
To format a disk / partition THEY CANNOT be mounted.

I was format it in NTFS and then i connect it. Is not better (or necessary) to be in ext3?
is it ran without problems in NTFS if i use it for record & media player?

If you have files on your HDD that you want to see when you connect it into your box, you should don't format the HDD with the box.
About performances, it's better EXT3 but you can try the first attempt with NTFS filesystem.
