I think your backup made on 1.7.7 is very old and was made on OE1.6 now BH have O.E2.0 used backup from old image i think will be made alot of problem in new image.
I think best is install all from begined and made new backup this new backup will be good to used on next version image based on oe2.0.

if i make reciver on night morrow i fin reciver off maybe shutdown is reason

That I did not understand.

In general, you have two main options.

1.You're putting your receiver in Standby
But you want to go OFF after a certain time.

(Example >>Let's say over night you like to have receiver OFF/ShutDown)

2. Enable action after inactivity.

Example
You watch TV and fall asleep.
In this case, you can use this option to switch off the receiver.

Have just upgraded to 2.2.0 Rev A and would like to re install the On Demand plug in, but the above advice seems a bit vague, can you be a bit more precise on how you install the On Demand plug in using telnet.
Also why has it disappeared from the Add Ons . Love all the work on the BH image.

Can anybody please explain this:
You also will need to check for and remove any vuplus folders found on your hdd or usb devices before you install this image.

I am going to upgrade from 1.7.9 and I have some recordings and other stuff on my hdd. I'm not sure which folders I have to remove from my hdd. Which folders are vuplus folders and is my recordings safe if I upgrade? Thanks!

It means you have to remove (or simply rename) any folder named "vuplus".
