Seems power supply problem.
when i instal from the begining, i restore settings from backup - restart - ok, then upgrade software from web - restart - ok, then after 3 hours restart - and it's hang, - so if power supply problem should hang alsofrom begining

Test with original image for at least 72 hours without any plugin installed to be sure, tha there isn't HW problem

You have posted in an old thread, that has nothing to do with your problem, and in the VU+ Duo section, yet state you have a VU+ Solo.
Can you please start a new thread, in the correct section, and please ensure you post the correct model details, of your VU+ receiver.
You might also want to check if your receiver is genuine, or a clone, just to be on the safe side:

Have you tried the obvious of unplugging the receiver, for a minute, then plugging it back in again?
Is this re-boot after installing a new image, or after switching off?

It started to happen in 2.0.9. just saw "VU+ duo" on the lcd and nothing else happend. so i tried to unplug it and restart it, then it gone stuck on "Starting" on the LCD. i kept it unplugged for a whole night maybe thought ok elco's need to discharge or something. Still no luck. So started to flash to latest BH image. the stuck doesnt come back directly (since have to reboot for fresh settings list) but after a couple hours running the stb freezes with only picture (it reacts to menu. etc,). i try a reboot/restart and the box get stuck again. I have reflashed it now for 3x but its crazy to reflash everytime for picture.

I think you might want to check if you have a genuine receiver, or a clone.
If it's genuine then are you always using the same backup, epsecially channel list?
Perhaps you should try a different USB stick, freshly formatted, then try loading Black Hole again, but this time just do a channel scan on the satellite you're on, and see if it works normally.
