This latest version of the Black Hole series has been entirely rewritten and improved in the code for maximum stability and performance.

Please note that of all images Black Hole now has the best epg system:

- Integrated OpenEpg

- Rytec dedicated epg.dat

- New system epg.dat outside.

This last feature gives the possibility to various forums or communities to create their favorite EPG data files and load them into a web space.

Community members can then download it from our servers.

This feature provides other benefits such as:

Increase download speed of EPG

Download EPG from any channel

Schedule the download of EPG decoder even during standby

Users can customize the providers using Add / Remove function

OK button = Skin with simple information

OK button x 2 = Extra Info Skin

I just saw now that my SoloSE V2 does not have 1024MB of RAM. Is it because of the BH 3?
I did not check this with BH2.1.7 and I only used BH.

50% of RAM is used for video processor so it's normal.

With this image i can not save 'name server' i have to put my name server each time i restart. I use wirless network with vu+ wirless usb. tanks for helping

same here nameserver cannot be save. It loses it if you reboot. Then again you need to enable disable DHCP

Hy all...in this image version my wifi dongle OCTAGON 300mb wifi 8192c don't work.... when i search wifi network see my home network but after that tell me that my Wlan adapter is not instaled :(

I hope your router can assign an IP to a specific mac-address (also called DHCP Reservations) and you can turn on DHCP on your box and your router assign a specific address to a specific mac-address

This is new in BH it was not before on 2.1.7 I AM USING BH 9.0.1E
I have DHCP off AND THEY ONLY WAY THE IP STAYS after reboot is if I add 8.8.8.8 to the DNS server

Reinstalled, Teletext ok but not DHCP problem. I must put this 8.8.8.8 in DNS primary server for DHCP to be on a particular IP

ofcourse DHCP works but if you put it off and want a fixed ip then on reboot the DNS server goes missing. I have test this on 3 boxes 2 UNO and 1 solo2

Hello!:welcome: I have a issue whit my solo se v2 whit image black hole 3.0.1E
Problem is date. start whit date 08-08-2016 , so no Epg in menu list , but work in info bar
I can not reinstall the image , because it's away from me, but i have access SSH , to manage it.
how is set the date? by script , by transporder, by access file:eek:
If i set date manualy to 11-01-2017 remain this, but if i set 11-01-2016 return to dayactual-08-2016.
All other functioning normally
