Thank you very much for your reply.
First, I would like to take this oportunity to thank the excellent work of the Blackhole team. It is a very nice image.
I have check my network setting. If I use DHCP, there is no problem. Whenever I set to using static IP, it show the connection problem. I set my routor as the DNS server, maybe I should add a second DNS. I will try it tomorrow.

Thanks,

I have exactly the same configuration static IP address and router adress as DNS / gatway.
I've no problems.

I have encountered your same problem and some few other things,so i deceided to go back to 2.1.7 and wait for a better release. If you want to stay with this image you can est DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it should work.

Thanks for the reply. When I add secondary DNS, the issue resolved. I guess that my routor may have something not very comfortable with the receiver. Thanks again, very nice image, so far everything I tried is fine.

Hi black hole team coders,
is there any chance that one day we could find the second tv icon in openwebif,
i mainly bought that vu+duo2 for that specific feature, and now nearly a year that it
is no longer present in latest image.

Do you have any feedback about resolution for this .

thank you

any news about this problem?
Thanks

This issue is new to 3.0. With 2.1.7, I had static IP and left the DNS fields empty and everything was OK. In 3.0 if you leave the DNS fields empty, the VU+ will not connect to internet. So, your router is not the cause of this (small) issue ..... BTW, DNS servers addresses are normally automatically provided by your ISP but of course, one can always use the Google ones ....
and BTW: thanks for this new version (HDD & GUI much more responsive than in 2.1.7)
