Kodi wont launch

Plugin browser > Kodi Launcher > Black Screen > returns to Plugin Browser

Any ideas what is causing this?

Plug of your usb if you are using one for kodi, format your usb then mount it again media/hdd and launch kodi.

not working this metode on my duo 2
mount usb like usb like HDD mapes media/hdd but not launch kodi.
my duo 2 recording perfekt and al files is map media/hdd .

I'm sorry for you mate this strange thing happened to me too a month ago or so and that what i did.Yes 2.1.7 was one if not the best versions of blackhole,but now we go to OE3.

I have same issue. Kodi wont launch from plugin browser. I add new formated usb stick. I mounted as /media/hdd. What should I try??

The original VU+ Zero is an older model, compare to the newer 4K versions, and wasn't designed to be as good as the Duo2, or Solo2, more as a second receiver.
If you visit the VU+ website, and check the product specifications, you'll understand which models can handle the latest Kodi.
