When you say "I install my channel list" do you mean you are one of the many who prefer the settings utilities instead of "wasting" some minutes to perform a proper search?
So it's the umpteenth confirm this is cause of problems.
We live in a world where we want everything and fast but good results come from slow things and from patience.
And I hate settings tools because they alter my personal preferences.

Actually, I got the list from external source, and then I have modified it, but probably by doing so I have screwed up something, and now everything has gone to hell. When I reinstall an old list i have, at Tuner I can set up all satellites, when I try to import the new list, it is doing something with the list and I am not able to set up tuner 28.2E.

Can you please tell me at least how can I erase all the list I have installed, and do the search from the beginning.

Do a fresh installation, of Black Hole, to make sure you've solved the problem.
Once done, and you have set your Tuners up, scan in the channels, you want, from each satellite, you can use lyngsat.com, for a guide to Transponders, Polarities, S/R (Symbol Rates), modulation, FEC, etc, that you require:
Code:
http://www.lyngsat.com/
Once you have them scanned in you can set up various bouquets, of your own choosing, and copy the scanned in channels, to the relevant bouquets.

Once you've finished, you can back it up, using dreamboxedit, and save it on your PC, so that you'll never have to do it again.

There is non need to reflash just to clean your settings. Even if you don't use any software to edit settings, you can perform a new scan choosing to delete the current channels among the options of the search itself.
