Vu uno 4K Flash problem

I am living in Rangoon (Yangon) Myanmar (Burma).
I bought vu uno 4k from Germany via online.
When I received, I turn on it , no video signal on my television.
So I think there's no firmware Pre installed on my vu uno 4k.
Therefore what should can I do?
I am several USB stick to flash my vu uno 4k.
But no working.
Please help me sir.

How are you trying to connect your VU+? Through HDMI or else?
What do you mean by "I am several USB stick to flash": have you already tried to flash or you have several USB stick to try and flash?

1) My connection is HDMI port with My Sony 42W700B Model Television.
2) I have been trying several USB stick to try and flashing but not working.
3) Please help me sir.

If you are using HDMI we should exclude frequencies out of range.
What (exactly) do you see on your TV when you switch on your VU+?
And what do you see on your VU+ display?
What is the exact structure of the files you put in your USB sticks? How did you format them? Are they FAT32?

As you can see, unfortunately there are many many questions because many are the possible causes.
Not to mention the possibility that you got a clone...

Download image to PC (Uno 4K) and save (USB version) http://www.vuplus-community.net/boa...uno4k_usb_release_20170327_314dfbf-zip.30062/
USB stick with the file system FAT, or FAT32
(Eg with WinRAR, WinZIP, 7ZIP, etc.)
Then the directories / vuplus / uno4k on the stick have been created
There are now x files in the / vuplus / uno4k directory on the stick!
Vu + STB (in the deep standby or mains switch)
Remove all USB devices from the box
Remove all CI modules and pay TV cards from the box
USB stick
Turn Vu + on
The LED pulsates during the flashing process
If the flashing is completed, the LED flashes
Remove the USB stick from the box
Vu + STB switch off and restart

1) Thanks you Sir, You have been help me to answer for my problem.
2) My Television No picture and Black screen via HDMI connection but I see pictures on other set top box on the same HDMI Connection.
3) My USB stick format FAT32 and extract zip file to My USB stick, vuplus > uno4k> roots.tar.bz2, force.update, initrd_auto.bin, kernel_auto.bin,splash_auto.bin
4) My STB is original VU UNO 4k ( GENUINE).
Please help me sir.

Your receiver should have the official vuplus image installed on it, so you should have had something, on your TV, when you first attached it.
Have you got another television, you can test the receiver on, or a friend/family members?
You don't need the receiver to be connected to a satellite dish, or any connection, to get the menu appearing.

You can try to use another HDMI cable and/or connect the cable to another HDMI port of your TV.
You can also try to check if there is any firmware update for your TV

Uno 4k have no display of its own in front. Your USB is working fine. Just wait for 20 minutes. Power off. Restart after dismounting USB. The new image will be installed. I experienced the same problem because I thought new image is not installed as there is no led panel in front on Uno 4k to indicate that.

Thanks You Sir , I try it from my friend television, but not working, exactly not image appear on Television
I think My Television is not 4k, so should I use 4k television?
Or using my current Sony 42W700B (2014 Model) Television? Please Help Me Sir

Thanks You for your helping my question.
If you have free time, please procedure for step by step flashing my VU UNO 4K.
Because of I am so face big problem no image on my television, not working flash, nothing to do out of my thinking mind.
I am going to mad about my stb.
Please Help Me Sir.

Not flashing my USB stick (10)stick.
I inserted rear port, not working, so insert again beside port still not working.
What port should I insert?
I do your explaining producers but not working.
What other way to do that.
Please help me

I have another television but not 4k.
And testing not anything appears on television screen.
And also A/V jack not working and nothing appear on TV Screen.
Please help me.
