Hello everyone,
here is a problem I have observed for quite some time. Since I was able to reproduce this problem and Open Black Hole doesn't cause the trouble (at least on the first day of using it) my guess is some faulty code was introduced to BH for Solo².
I have my Solo² since fall of 2013 and ever since used Black Hole. Because of the two tuners multiple recordings are possible if the parameters fit. But for some time it won't work correct even though there aren't conflicting schedules.
Typical problem: I listen to Bremen Zwei (radio) and like to record at 8pm the prime news on NDR Hamburg (SD). The box will switch the channel but doesn't record.
No problem. A bigger problem is it when episodes of TV series won't be recorded.
Last Saturday. I record two consecutive shows on WDR Koeln (SD). It overlaps with the 1st of 2 series episodes on (RTL) Nitro. No conflicting schedule. But my box only records the second episode.
Thursday night. Watching ARD Das Erste. Elementary starts on Sat.1. Box changes channel and starts recording. I also planned to record 3 episodes of Mad about you on Disney Channel (Germany). While there is overlap with the first episode (but no conflict) it wasn't recorded. Only episode 2 and 3.
I've been able to reproduce this problem. If there is a conflict with my timers, I will be informed. And these things worked well in the past.
Yesterday I put Open Black Hole into Open Multi Boot. And it works there....
