How to get Ultimo (qwerty) remote control working on Duo2.

Hi there. I'm wondering how I can get qwerty keyboard working on Duo2. The remote control comes from Ultimo. It works fine but keyboard doesn't. Any ideas, please?

Have you tried pressing the key on the rear of the ultimo remote that has the padlock symbol on it? Pressing this should enable the keyboard.....

I do press the padlock button but nothing is happening. The button which is working is the "delete"one only.

Hi, I just got myself the Vu+ Duo2 and also purchased the original Ultimo QWERTY remote control. Front buttons all work fine, but nothing happens on the back for any of the letters. Pressing the bottom left "padlock" symbol flashes red briefly, but does not enable the keyboard either.
Has anybody managed to figure out how to enable this?
