I dont know in whot country you live but why is banned ?
You try coneckt to internet by external VPN ?

in Iran, for youtube and facebook I have to use vpn.
they are sick to ban those sites

And the same VPN is not useful for BH servers as well? If not, maybe you need a different VPN. By the way, I fear this is something the responsible for BH servers can't change.

I don't know if it's possible to use a VPN directly in the image. If so, look for some plugins. In OBH there is an OpenVPN section under the Network section.
But, usually, the most comfortable way is to specify a VPN (or its DNS) directly in the router, so to make them available in all your network.
The DNS can be specified in the BH image, too, again in the Network configuration; but I don't know if only DNSs from your VPN provider can solve your problem...

I believe it has been banned because of the Persian section in this website. moreover this website is banned too in Iran.
basically other image servers or websites are not banned. but BH and this Website is banned because of smart filtering, in other words because in persian section they have used words such as " porn, *****, sexy, ..."
I suggest the persian section be omitted since they have been inactive for a very long time. or if possible change the server address.
in Iran for banned websites they occasionally add a number in the beginning of the name of website like ".1vuplus.com
please do something for this problem.

There are 2 reson why Iran may ban BlackHole server.
First when doing a dns lookup the servers are in comes up located in North Korea? Nameservers (ns1/ns2) are also in the same network as the regular servers and can be problem since this is a typical setup for spammers.
After server crash was fixed they now come up located in Texas USA and as we all now US is no favorite location for Iran.
So even if you use VPN you will have some trouble downloading packages but still be able to browse this site, To fix this problem you have to select what country to use as VPN Connection.
And as allways with countries that are monitoring behavior of there own people i can guarantee that all comersial VPN servers are all blocked from inside your ISP.
The way to get around this is to setup a privite vpn with a friend that lives in another country. If you and your friend have VPN function in your routers it easy, just set yours up to connect
and your freinds to recive and route.
With routers that dont have this you have to install 3 party plugins and thats almost impossible with BlackHole image. I recommend to change to OBH instead.
Only problem with this is that sharing internet connection from Vu+ to Vu+ direct is somewhat of a pain in the **ss. It can be done but takes a hi level of skills.

Maybe it's funny for you , satellite is banned by the iranian government and having a satellite in iran is a crime !! this is not a joke
They block satellite sites and anything that is related to the satellite . they are seeking intense censorship
Even they send noise on satellites channels !
