Thanks for your prompt reply,

as I explained, I reinstalled 3.0.6 image and after channel search, immediately test it but again the issue happened and receiver restarted! (Then I uploaded the last crash log here)
Pls help me, what can I do now?

strange and i have duo 2 and its works for me, try to change a skin

There is nothing to do with it, after skin you want to suggest disable some plugins then suggest install ...addon, again & again suggest to do something I guess . these suggestions are not the solution. some users have this problem and they do not post the problem, because of some limitation.
It should be resolve by a developer as a new image ver. or something else.
:thanks:

Going back, through your posts, you state that when you hit the OK button, after selecting show transponder info, the Duo 2 crashes, and re-boots.
I am now running Open Black Hole so I can't re-create your problem, but I have no issue with the Show Transponder Info option, in Open Black Hole.
Can you please provide more details, regarding your satellite set up.
Which satellites, and channels, can you receive?
Does this happen every single time?
How do you know other users have this same problem? Have you read it elsewhere?

Seth_72 can you please test it, if you're running Black Hole 3.0.6, bring up your channel list, press menu, Show Transponder Info, and hit the OK button. If you have time can you also please use Openwebif, to grab a screen shot, showing the information, to prove to zotopmark that there isn't a problem, with the image, and your set up, so the problem has to lie elsewhere.

While thanking for your prompt answer, this is my story: I installed 3.0.5F image and it worked great, after install 3.0.5I this problem happened for first time, then I thought that this is a bug and will fix in next ver. when the last ver. 3.0.6 released I was happy that this problem will fix. after download and install by USB, again problem happened.
I searched for two satellites which names are "eutelsat 7B at 7°E and Hotbird at 13°E" by The switch a'b'c'd which I using a for Hotbird and b for eutelsat 7B.
The problem happened on any channel and it happened every time I push the ok button on Show Transponder Info!
when I re-install 3.0.5F or older ver. it works great! the newer ver. has this problem!

You don't need to keep posting about the same issue.

The problem has been passed onto the coders, and when there is a fix there will be an update.

I haven't seen this problem reported elsewhere, so is anyone else experiencing this problem?
As I stated I switched to Open Black Hole, because it worked better, for me, and had the newer Kodi, so I haven't tested later versions of Black Hole.

I was thinking it could be a driver fault, or hardware fault, particular to your set up, as it still works when you install Black Hole 3.0.5F, and earlier versions, then all I can suggest is that you test it to see if you can locate the fault.
First thing I would do is connect a cable directly from the LNB. to the receiver, and then check if it still re-boots.
I would also check each tuner, separately, so disconnect any other co-ax cable.

I checked Open Black Hole, on 7E, and 13E, and it works perfectly.
It can't be a Black Hole problem, as more owners would have mentioned it, yet it still works, for you, in earlier versions of Black Hole 3.0.5, and the problem only surfaced after an update.
You could try loading the last Black Hole 3.0.5 version, that worked, then checking for updates, but instead of installing them, view the updates, to see which one might be causing the problems.

Crashlogs from 4 x crash when trying to "Show Transponder Info" from DVB-S2 channels.
( 2 times endless crash-loops when doing it on the default startup channel … ( do not know if that is the reason to the loop ))
( 2 other crash on 2 different channels, starting up normal after crash )
( DVB-T2 fta channels are ok ).

Best regards

Yes it has been reported before.

It is an issue created by vu+ and we are waiting for them to fix it.

To add up to the issue, the bug occurs as well using the satfinder tool, sometimes it will crash right after selecting a slot, sometimes after browsing a spesifiic transponder.
