Problem 4k on vu+ultimo4k

Hi All

Back again with 4k question
I am running OBH latest vesion on ultimo4k with E2iptv player.

Trying watch 4k movies via iptv player
I get sound and NO picture
the ultimo4k info is showing the movie is running 30fps

I change the box setting to Multi and NO change
I change the box setting to 30fps and I get small picture on top left corner of my tv.

Any solution to the problem.

When you get the small picture in the top left corner, try doing a hard reset of the box. This usually gets the box to show the full size picture again.

Tried what you advised, same problem.

Tried all different setting even tv set to HDR and different mode still no joy.

any 1 else having any 4k issue thru iptv player, there seem to lots of 4k material in iptv player but not playable.

! help..............
