VU+ Ultimo 4K every now and than a few seconds black screen.

I own for a few weeks a new VU+ Ultimo 4K and so now and than the screen go's black for a second or so.
It dosn't metter if I am looking at a movie with the mediaplayer or i am looking at the satellite.
it looks to happens more when i use the mediaplayer.

I tryed openpli 6.1 and Blackhole 3.05 but the are geive me the same problem.

Is this a known problem or have i a failing reciver.

Please help me.

Did you try to change HDMI CABLE ?
Did you try to change HDMI TV input ?
Did you try to change in A/V settings Refresh rate to 50 Hz not Multi ?

Thanks for your reply Matrix10,

I now have

Changed the HDMI CABLE
Changed the HDMI TV input
And changed the Refresh rate to 60HZ fix (according my tv spec's)

I wil now give it a try and report into this tread in a few day's.

I hope this solve my problem.

Whatever I try or witch firmware I try the problem stays.

Has somebody any clue (or had the same problem) and know how to fix this random issue.

The problem is at random a 1 (or 2) seconds a black screen and no audio.

You can try to make bootloader update
of course, to your responsibility.
Otherwise, return the box to the dealer to fix problem.

VU + has released the update for some bugs with some Ultimo 4K that have a stability problem.

I am having the same problem on my VU UNO 4K. I believe the problem is caused when I enable on my LG C6 OLED the option HDMI ULTRA HD DEEP COLOUR. Does anoyne has an answer how to fix this, is it a hardware or software problem. Thank you!
