help cant pick up some HD channels

hi all
I need some help . Im on the newest blackhole image and I have lost the signal on the HD channels on 28e freesat and on sky Germany 19e . the strange thing is ,I was picking these stations up . any ideas
please help
Receiver is only 8 moths old hope its not the tuner

Please post details, of the HD channels you can't receive, your general location, e.g. North West England, and dish size.
Satellite channels often change frequencies.
Have you tried manually scanning in these channels, using information from lyngsat.com or kingofsat.net?

I have just put the the receiver onto a different dish and I have the same problem
kingofsat freq 19e 12382.50 DVB-S2 8PSK 27500 3/4
disc size is 1.1m London

You should easily be able to get those channels, on 19.2E, probably with 100% signal quality.
What are your current signal quality readings, on 19.2E?
Try manually scanning in the channels, manually enter 12382 Horizontal 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4

signal quality readings on 19.2e is 75-88%
but on 12382 Horizontal 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 its 0%
I have also tried to manual scan them.
the channels are in my list but the signal is showing 0%

find out the problem kingofsat shows this freq.12382 Horizontal 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4
But it should be 12382 Horizontal 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 7/8
