Can you please post more details.

Have you set up your tuner, in the setup menu?

What is your satellite setup, single dish, fixed LNB, multiple LNB's, and diseqc switch, motorized dish?

Which satellites, and channels, can you receive?

I'm running Open Black Hole, but it should be similar.
Go into the menu, setup, Tuners & Scanning, select Tuner Setup, select Tuner A and select the Configuration mode Simple option, Single satellite, and Hotbird 13E, save this then try scanning the channels in.

Yo state that you have 2 LNB's, do you mean a single LNB with two outputs, a monobloc LNB, for 19.2E and 13E, or 2 separate LNB's?

Please read the rules, as your previous post might have broken them.
https://www.vuplus-community.net/rules.html

If you are running 2 outputs, from your LNB, to two separate tuners, on your receiver, you need to set up each Tuner, probably Tuner A and Tuner B, as simple, single, 13E.
I think you can have up to 3 tuners, on your VU+ Ultimo, so you need to look which tuners are plugged in, there's usually a sign on the rear of your receiver.

Well... actually 2 outputs usually does not mean dual feed but one satellite with two outputs to connect to two tuners or two receivers.
If his LNB is this single satellite, double output, he just needs a SIMPLE configuration for 13E.
Otherwise, please, clarify.
It might also possible that the dish got moved and needs to be realigned to get the signal or the LNB got burnt. To understand well where your problem is, I'd like to know if you have already used this dish and the whole system with other receivers before or if this system (receiver+dish&LNB is new).

Can you please upload a picture, of your dish, and LNB.

Have you set up your Tuner configuration correctly? Have you tried both cables, from your LNB, on your VU+ Solo?

Is your VU+ Solo connected to your router? If so you can use OpenWebif to connect to your receiver, via your PC, and grab some screen shots, of your menu, and settings, then upload images that might help us. Just type in your receivers IP address, into a web browser, on your PC.

Without more information I don't know how to help you.

You keep giving us generic and confuse information.
You MUST (not should) give us:
1) the screen grab of your tuner setting, something like the attached picture.
2) the EXACT description of your system, with the specific terms.

No info (or few info) means no possible help.
