This power supply is Original?

Hello, my Vu + Uno 4K is blocked, and I think it may be from the power supply, when I bought it it came with this power supply that does not put Vu + anywhere, is it Original? Is it the one they sent three and a half years ago?

Because I have seen that they sell this Original power supply and manufactured by Vu + for the Uno 4K.

It is my doubt, It is normal? Or would they not have stock in their day and sent the other?a greeting.

If you had just searched the web (better by DuckDuckGo, of course, not the "spying" Google ;) ) with the simple content
changkwangtech Inc,
you would immediately read it's a company from Taiwan, not South Korea.
And how an important company like VU+ put HW not branded with its brand in the same box with their STB?

So I ask, that is NOT normal, right? Seeing that there is a power supply with the Vu + Original brand (I did not know).

Yes, when I bought it it came with this power supply, I have to think that I was deceived by a physical store? :S



If I had come with the original source that has screws, I could see if it has an error inside and buy another source, I do not know if the error is from the power supply or the box, I have to try with a power supply original, and if it does not work take it to the technical service. :(

If the box is not broken
I think it will work with both adapters.

But the first adapter is not original and has slightly less current / power.

I would not like to think badly of the store, but if it is not Original the first, how did it get to the box?

Does Vu + always include original power supplies in the box? Could it have been damaged by not being the original power supply?

I'm on my way to the store to see what they tell me. Thank you.

Yes, it is the same power supply manufactured by changkwangtech, thanks was a doubt, it must be that Vu + mounted these sources in 2016/17, instead of the original manufactured by them if they did not have stock?

In a Uno 4K I consider that they should have mounted the Original because it looks higher quality, and with the possibility of disassembling it with its 2 screws, the other cannot be watertight.

Of course, the manufacturer (Vu +) always puts the "original" power supplies inside the box where the receiver comes from ... what happened? Simple: a friend of the store owner needed an original source for a Vu + receiver (Uno or Uno 4K SE) and this one did him a favor... nor did he worry about the fact that the source he put in the box did not have the same specifications of the original!

Actually Uno 4K is 3A and not 3.5A ... SE is 3.5A.

Now I think that all the original power supplies from Vu + have the brand reference...
