Dear all.
I have tried obh 4.4 for my duo4k and solo4k and I have in both the following problema:
1. After setting the turners, I start authomatic search of channels but enigma crashes. The DVB-S2 Turner Is set in simple mode, DVB-T2 to Italian country.
2.It Is impossibile to access via FTP to STB even if with root password (dreambox). So It is impossibile to recover enigma crash log.
For now I have restored my old 4.3039 backups, waiting for a your feedback.

Or you can use a telnet program, like PuTTY, to set a password, on your receiver, by connecting, using your receivers IP address, type in root, and enter, then passwd, and enter, then type in a password, it doesn't show anything but it has typed in, then hit enter and confirm the password.

For the first time, I think, I was able to make full use of my Personal Backup: almost everything was correctly imported. No waste of time to reconfigure everything, particularly key assignments, rec list buttons configurations and many others.

Dear all. Thank you for your replies. Now all is ok.
But I have a comment: the fallback configuration doesn' have now the option "peer network". Maybe It is a bug.

Are you sure?
Note: Over Network peer ... you can select more 2 options ... as URL and IP.

Haven't you bothered to read the previous posts, or the instructions, in Open Black Hole.
You need to set a password:

Menu > Setup > Network > Password > New password ( enter a password ) > Savedon_hidalgo26

I think It Easy something wrong on gui. There was the choose only of URL or IP and, while the URL was chosen, the pop-up showed the description of the PEER option. After a reboot all three option s were selectable!

Maybe you have pressed too fast and you changed the default ( Network peer ), for IP and URL.
There's nothing wrong with the GUI.

There is a pandemic, so parts, and equipment, might not always be available.
Even my usual supplier, in the UK, has it listed as out of stock, so either try a different model or please be patient.

After update to 4.4.002 for Solo4K, after checking again for new updates (and with the image installed in flash, not in OMB) I got this warning:
Not selecting libx264-161 r2970+git0+4121277b40 as installing it would break existing dependencies
I've never had such messages in case of images in flash: it sometimes happen something similar but only if you run images from OMB.

One question please for you and for all, please. For settings backup(not full backup) what folders and files you backup? I choose some folders for my last backup but i think don't backup some important files and i think I'm backup some wrong files. Maybe my choose is not the best. Need your help for start choose only what we need and not what we don't need.
