You posted twice the same message by two different nicknames! This is not allowed.

The best way to update an image is always by command line: use telnet or similar and give this command

opkg update && opkg upgrade

Then, after it completes the process and gets back to prompt, give the other command

Please enable debug logs and then post the created debug log when you get the backup issue as I can not recreate it this end.

Yes there is this problem (among others)... Start creating backups and never stops! To stop you will have to restart E2 and no update is made.

To update without problems:

Init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6

When I try to attach the product log it tells me that the uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. How should I do?

zip it.
But to solve your issue i suggest you to flash a new image and immediatly online update.

I still can't find the issue.

I also still can not reproduce the issue.

If you are using the image in flash, I would recommend going into the full backup menu, downloads, and then download the latest image and reflash the box from that, but do not restore any backup and set the image up clean.

If you are still having the same issue, then I would not recommend it as I can only assume you have restored a backup and something in that is causing this issue for you.
So if you make another backup you will copy the issue over into a clean image again.

No that is the original release image (which will update online).

You can either do as I said, and download the new latest image, from within your current image, by going Menu - Backup Menu - Full Backup - Downloads - OpenBh - 5.0 - Green and then flash it from that menu.

Or download from here and put on usb stick like normal https://images.openbh.net/?b=5.0/vuplus/vuultimo4k

Done what? Did you install .004 directly by that file? What is to update , then?
If there's something, surely nothing so huge.
