Is It Possible to watch your bouquets / Channels from the DUO on the PS3?

VTI that's a good video, but don't explain what you have to setup on the duo to make it work. Is this possible to get it working on a black hole image?

yes if BH find the way for load bouquets via upnp
many tools(app) for iphone android do it ,(some source are free) so it should not be very hard to make

other option, would it be possible to get a ruDREAM image installed via meoboot on my duo, i know its possible to load a VIX image via meoboot

If you have a spare xp/w7 pc (virtual or real) use ps3mediaserver with vlc 0.9x, works fine even with HD channels.
Then manually add your channels as streams like:
videostream.Web,TVs,VUplus=BBC 1 London,http://192.168.x.x:8001/1:0:1:189d:7fd:2:11a0000:0:0:0:
videostream.Web,TVs,VUplus=BBC 2 England,http://192.168.x.x:8001/1:0:1:189e:7fd:2:11a0000:0:0:0:
etc......

Also am I right in thinking that I would need to setup all streams that I want to watch on the ps3 & the media server - also don't know how to find out those stream ID's for each channel......very confused lol

hi shakin, the plugins attached in post up its no tested by me but reported working with PS3

ps3 works great, even HD channels without problems.

if you get problem by generating webpage with picon Try without picon

hi VTI, i have installed the ipk which was successful, but then i cannot find any plugin installed or menu relating to this package.

also do you know from the ps3 i would then goto internet browser eg - 192.168.x.x/something???? - obviously i wouldnt put x.x - i have just put the ip address of the duo in the browser but it goes to the web interface, and that dont work. i'm guessing i would need to get to the bouquets some how in the duo

any help always appreciated

another update......., once installed i rebooted enigma2, then i could see the plugin, you then have to generate the html text & picons (if required) to your hard drive.

then from the ps3 internet browser - goto http://x.x.x.x/web-data/streampage - then you should see your picons for the channels or txt

thanks VTI & everyone that has helped to achieve this, i will report back when i have generated more channels and had a longer play

And add me too, this is working beautifully! even HD streams peeking at 10mbs on some channels, picture quality is the same as with ps3mediaserver but no pc needed, only bbc HD channels make the ps3 crash but thats known to be a problem. Low cpu use and ram use stays the same, good work! The buffering system reminds me of dreamstream, also a good tip for people wanting to watch tv via internet, setup (open)vpn to your vu+ or dsl-router and use this tool, if you have a powerful laptop with hdmi output you can watch tv (not HD) on a 42" plasma at 1280x768 max which is nearly HD. (note: vpn is needed because of the number of hops, a vpn path will be 2 hops max while without vpn you can have 20-50 hops which will kill the stream.)

just slight update - 1 downside i have found with the plugin, will only sort 9999 channels - not massive problem, but you will need to adjust your bouquets, so that the channels you want to watch are at the top of the list, then generate the links again from the plugin

You have that directory in your box! The error message referrs to the number of maximum 9999 channels that has been reached at the Viasat package!

Hi all im new to the seen just getting my head around it all and looking a bit of help.
i installed the enigma2-plugin-extensions-streamwebpage_0.0.3-r3_all , but cant find it on ps3 can someone tell me the path needed to find this on the ps3 eg. http:/192......./ ?
or do we have anyother plugins that i should be looking at ?
