I have problems with scan services on satellite .. fi. on 0,8W service provider UPC_DIRECT channels are not found .. why ? I rescan this single satellite more time and nothing .. still not found .. Can anybody help me

THX ... it's working .. problem was in satellites.xml

2nd problem ... when i switching between channels sometimes the ****** freeze and not decode the program (i have official CW card) i need to restart emu and everything working fine .... where to find a problem in ***** card reader or in ****** configuration (in bh 1.6 it's not happend .. i'm useing the configs from my bh 1.6)?

I'm happy that you have solved the tune problem.

My Vu + Uno struggling when I switch from Visat to Canadigital.
Vu + can not decode the channels, I must then restart it so it works out.
But it works only at 3 to 4 channel switch, so it must have a restart. some tips

If the BH team made an inquiry or send a message to forum's members that use differents images in the VU + to know what are the strong points and weak pointsin each image (VTI, VIX, AAF, OpenPLi, ..., etc.), then it integrates the most important in the BH image.
With this methode, i think that the BH image becomes complete and unbeatable.

With my 2 old receivers, when i scroll throw "favorites list" or going to "All channels", the last chanel viewd in evry favorit is selected, but, in BH image always the first channel is selected. !!!!
It is possible that developper of BH image add this fonctionality to the next version ??

1) How to configure BH v1.7.5 image to display the date and time in "VFD display" when the receiver in standby mode. [eg: 18/06 22:30]

2) The timezone is always wrong. I am in Tunisia, and our timezone = GMT +1. The receiver always shows GMT +2.
- How can I configure the receiver to display an exact date and time.?
- If it's a bug, when it will be corrected.?

In my eyes BlackHole is already unbeatable and the best possible image out there.
I've tried them all and was pretty happy with some of the others (mainly VIX and PLi) but still BH wins hands down.

VFD display is managed by the skin. In order to change your display, you have to make some changes in the file "skin_default.xml" located in "/usr/share/enigma2" directory.
Search for "StandbySummary" in this file and then refer to the "strftime" python function documentation in order to choose the right directive to use in the "convert" node.
IE : "Format:%H:%M" is used to display "hours : minutes" and "Format:%a %H:%M" will be used to display "Locale’s abbreviated weekday name hours : minutes".

Yesterday discovered weird thing.New uno (I have bougt day before yesterday)signal strenght dropped to 10-15 % compare with my duo.Any ideas why it's so different?Or it's just me being unlucky and have to live with bad tuner.

First try update FPGA firmware and then you see.

Check the timing in Main Menu >> Setup>>System>>Customize (If not set Customize in setup Mode Expert and restart) >> Infobar timeout (set timeout) >> Green SAVE

Sorry for late reply... just to update anyone whos having a similar issue - I had tried the settings (they were correct anyway) a few times too but it appears to be working now after a couple of cold boots!
