unable to flash ... help please

Am I doing somting wrong ??

1: first uppdated the bootloader..
2: Formatet and copyed vuplus folder to the usb.
3: Restarted the VU +Uno wit usb in the usb slot.
4: Pressed CH- at boot, but it did not start the uppgrade...
5: tryed the FPGA plugin, but witch file am I going to use.???? There are 4 files in the dir ..bootxxx, rootxxx, kernelxxxx and splashxxx

1. VU UNO does not have bootloader, only SOLO and DUO
4. UNO has FPGA, name of file is TSPRO.dat, http://archive.vuplus.com/download/fpga/vuuno/4.5/

Try a different brand of Usb stick, as I had the same problem. I tried a different (brand) usb stick and it worked, first time all of the time. Hope this helps
