1) online update for BH image series is not enabled.
2) you can save your tuner settings with some tools already included into Image and restore it to new flashed image.

Evry time we should re-flashing the box with the new image and online update/upgrade it's more confortable.

I can't see it happening, unless Vu+ implement it into there offical images / git and even then, if the BH image coder decides he doesn't want to allow online updates, then it won't happen.
