bad fbc tuner

Hi everybody, one of my FBC tuners is out of service. When connected either Vu+ Ultimo 4k or Duo 4k, the deco does not starts, light is on but nothing else happens and without the tuner decos starts normally. Any idea about what could I do other than send it to a tecnical service?. Visually the...
