Request Allways 30s spinner leaving NGC channel

Allmost every time i leave NGC channel (TV-Vlaanderen package), i get a spinner that's lasting for about 30 seconds. No difference if i go channel up or down, changed the position in the favourites. I have a genuine VU+ Duo with BH 1.7.2 image. I use CCcam_2.3.0 for my TV-vlaanderen card and have installed Autotimer, Openwebif, Cool TV guide, CrossEpg on USB and Picons on unknown location. I don't think it's the HDD, because starting timeshift starts within seconds even if the HDD has to spin up. I have no idea where to look next. Does anybody else has a similar problem and/or the solution? Tx
