another newbie like question

hello i have just upgraded to BH 3.0 but did not take a backup of my config....
  1. lost all ability viewing ....
  2. need to rebuild but require steps
  3. webif working
  4. viewing possible but main body missing
not sure if my info is useful or helpful as im dont want to mention wrong term and get banned
