Aspect ratio plugin .mkv & Subtitles characters ANSI

Hello.

I have noticed "Aspect ratio plugin" isn't working properly with .mkv (720p/1080p) videos.
I play videos using Latest "Media Player Deluxe plugin".
When I press bouquets button the message appears on-screen but nothing happens,
except if pre-set option when watching normal TV (4:3 Pan&scan) then video is playing with correct aspect ratio.

Also i would like to know if ANSI characters supported with subtitles.(.srt)
If i look at extensions download there are plenty of character sets.
Can I Install something to support Greek ANSI for embedded subtitles player?

This may be useful to play directly, downloaded .srt subs.

I use onlyscale in tv modus 19:9 and 4:3.

The one with the subtitles I use before the Subtitle Edit 3.2.2
Convert it to Unicode and thus has no player problems.

Thank you for response.
I know the receiver native supports, UTF-8 or better UTF-8 with signature.
I ask if can support ANSI by installing character sets.

About Aspect ratio Plugin, my TV and receiver is set to Just Scale mode.
I ask if this is a bug for plugin or receiver.(Not changes aspect ration at user will when playing .mkv HD video ).
