Asus N53 USB Wifi Adapter

Planning on changing router and wifi adapter, so I wonder if anyone knows if i can use Asus N53 or AC53 Wifi USB adapter with my VU+ solo?

Would be very grateful for help...

AC53 wifi dongle is not supported due to lack of Linux driver for the used chipset.
