backup issue

Hi Guys,
i tried many times to make a backup of OBH 4.2.048 on vuplus zero but it failed always when it comes to 70%. even with the last update i still cannot make a backup.
any help will be appreciated.

Have checked the path for recording ...or may be your HDD is full.
