BH 3.0.1 and access to CI - Viaccess - Official Smartcard BIS PROVIDER

The new BH Image is very good and give me more stability as other Images. Thanks to the developpers.
I like it after new installation of Services.

BIS Provider do not exist on default list, but you have on the list : AB SAT as provider.
N TV Chanel (Services) are disponibel on this AB SAT List, but some Services or TV Chanel are not in the Bou quet of BIS Provider.
For Exemple : TF1 are 1/2 decrypted (Not normal with a Official SmardCard from a Provider) and the TV program Video-Image ist not visibel.

This N Chanel go to CI - Viacess and my BIS Smartcard to decrypt the program.
When i Change the Speed of my CI VIACCESS Card, the program TF1 are perfect visible for 4-5 Secondes after my VIACCESS PCMCI do not decrypt more this TV Program.

Questions
1: Why can i not see this TV Program ?
2: Why can i not search BIS Provider (all register BIS TV Chanels listed on KingOfSat) or search the Swiss HD RTS Services with a unique Transponder (list of KingOfSat) .

Satellite: HOT BIRD 13B
Transponder: 123
Modulation: 10.971 GHz
Symbolrate 29.700MSym/sec
FEC: 2/3
Polarisation : Horizontal
