Latest Update : - Added translation for new plugin AutoShutDown present in latest BH 2.0.2A -Completed HbbTV / Opera
Hello Tamaki, 100 % of translation is done; you can give to coder. I post new files every time something is new in Image, for example the new messages when shutting down which appeared with last BH 202B; or the new AutoShutDown in BH 202A. Now, it is the "official" file which is very late -> so FORZA ITALIA !!!
@Tamaki Please delete previous post as I forgot to add new strings about blindscan which came with last image update BH 2.0.2D. Here is the correct latest French translation you can give to coder.
@Tamaki Here is the latest French translation with new strings which came with BH 2.0.3 You can give to coders.
@niglou: Could you, please, report like is written here http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/bh-non-translatable-strings.12707/ ? Thanks a lot .
@Tamaki Here is the latest French translation including all Matrix10 skins translation. You can give to coders. Very Important: I join also a new GUISkin.py with a modification on line 94 ( self["Title"].text = value and _(value) ) which is mandatory to have the Matrix10 skins translatable. This file goes at /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components
Matrix10 when coding his skin.xml files uses a widget called "Title" for printing the name of each screen in his skins. This widget extracts (if exist) the true title of the function given in menu.xml (in /usr/share/enigma2) and therefore the title of the screen is displayed and translated. The problem starts if the function is not present in the file menu.xml. Then the title of the screen displayed is the title that Matrix10 gave to its section as a static text, non translatable, even if the string is present into the translation file. You can easyly test it : With any Matrix10 skin, if you press for example green button, the title remains in English what ever language you did select. See there, I did discuss about that with Matrix10 : http://www.vuplus-community.net/boa...c-blue-mx-red-diamond.12594/page-2#post-94532 Now, to make it working properly, I found that the widget "Title" called by Matrix10 is defined into the file "GUISkin.py" located at /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components. The mistake is that on Line 94, it is originaly written : self["Title"].text = value ; which means that the title will be returned as it is, in other words, not translated The modification I made is I add "and _value" : self["Title"].text = value and _value ; which means that if the string is present into the translation file, the title will be displayed translated. This modification does not change any thing for the other skins. I did test longly with different skins. You can test yourself : Put the enima2.mo file into French language, replace GUISkin.py with the one I did post, Select French language,....and press green button, or any of the numerous Black Hole related menus. You will see that every thing is translated.
@ Tamaki, Here is latest French translation updated with new strings from BH 2.0.4, and also some text lenght adapted to fit the new default skin. You can give to coder. Please ask the coder to give a look to the patch I gave on the post above : it is mandatory to have all the skins from Matrix10 (except the last one) translated.
@ Tamaki, Here is latest French with new strings from BH 2.0.5. You can give to coder. I notice that the patch given in post #52 regarding GUISKIN.py has still not been submitted to openvuplus...... Shame because it is a great improvment for every enigma2 boxes....
