All my mkv movies are located on internal 500GB HDD... Problem with DTS exist on 2 amplifiers (Harman Kardon AVR 260 via HDMI and older Philips FR996 via spdif optical cable)

I think problem is in that .mkv files, because I can play all my .mkv movies (12) from hdd,all have dts audio.

On my home I use only WPA encryption and my DWA-140 works correctly.... I have abandoned it in place of a SiteCom N-300 Mini-Wifi Adapter :) (Realtek based wifi device)

Got it working with wpa2 with clean install, and afterwards restoring backup, with dwa-140 to start with and then i change to xtreamer wifi and then it works to, but not if i start to plug in the xtreamer wifi first on a clean install. so some backup issues wont make it work if you starts to restore personal backup first and them installe the wifi unit :)

Very nice image, good work. But I have some bugs for you:

2. DTS downmix is working (when i choose DD downmix) but sound (Amplifier shows PCM Sound) is terrible something like wheeze
3. DTS pass through is still terrible - interruption of sound every couple seconds on most of movies - especialy 1080p (ie. Transformers 2, Avartar)
..
Finally someone have pointed to those issues ...... DTS downmix & pass through are not working great .... Sound is not clear , interruptions are there ..... People who can't hear it must be half deaf or something. :) I've got PS3 , samsung blu ray player aswell , they are playing very same dts audio tracks with no issues at all .
And another thing....Could we ever get generic xvid/divx media files playing smoothly, along with the decent FPS rate ?
I know , it is nothing to do with the Black Hole team...... That's the original drivers issue .....Those Korean lads just seems to be don't give a two flying f***s about it ....

Doah - i have noticed that the playing of divx's seems a bit hit n miss.
I have seen lots of loss of sync with various divx and frequent hanging.
The same files play fine on PC
Maybe these problems are just "gremlins"

Hi,

I have installed the new image BH 1.6.4 with hope that finally the DTS problem is solved. Unfortunately it is not.

I have played f.e. Transformers 2 movie from internal HDD and the sound was breaking in the same way as before.
My home cinema system looks like:
TV PHILIPS 46" connected via HDMI cabel to Amplifier DENON AVR-1611
VU DUO connected via HDMI cabel to Amplifier DENON AVR-1611
Speakers system Wharfedale Home Cinema connected to DENON AVR-1611

We need some more info about the file you try to play like track details (video and audio too).
