according to my problem above i had replced my zero4k with an other demo ,the demo works good,only problem of boot remind present on zero4k
ok now i ll proceed to Re-flash it as you said, but still have a confusion between reflash and new image install

For your Zero4K you can try:

After Reflash ( Installing image from scratch ):

Do an "ONLINE UPDATE" to get the lastest updates.

Re-flash simply means flashing again (obviously not by a Backup) but by a clean image. So, if you flash the same image you already have installed, it is not a "new" image installing, but only a re-flash (from scratch) of the same image.
Otherwise, if you flash an image different from your current one is either a re-flash (of the box) and a new image installed (but always from scratch).
Actually: new image install means almost nothing ;)
