Bouquet files and services file derived from KingOfSat.net for DreamBoxEdit

Loads the selected satellite pages from:

www.KingOfSat.net

in the required language, and transforms the HTML into XML. This includes a grand summary of genres, countries, providers and languages of the selected satellites, into XML. These XML files are re-used to produce the Services file and Bouquet files which on their turn then serve as input for the import function of DreamBoxEdit.
The manual is included in the zip file.
