Bugs in 1.6.3 (SWAP disk crashes image and Radio Mode implicit Exit to Tv)

I have 2 problems with image 1.6.3 (July 16):
1) I can create a SWAP file (tried it with 256M which still seems very small for this box)
If I activate it and do a Deep Power-Off , the image will hangup the box during powering down.
Only a power cycle using the switch will bring it to life again
2) Radio button brings the box in the Radio Setup mode not in the Normal selection mode
When EXIT is pressed. The Radio Logo is shown very shortly and next TV mode is auto-selected.

1) Since a flash with 1.6.3 HDMI CEC I can't reproduce the SWAP problem anymore. Changed other settings too.
2) Found a Rdio setting under Settings->Sytem->Diverse> "Alternative Radio Mode" which does what I expected.
I have the feeling this behavior should be default?
3) I can't get "step by step replay" to work selectable in the same panel.
