Cable connections

This is my first post and probably very obvious to most of you.The two co-ax cables from the twin lnb,does one go straaight to the receiver tuner and the other to the second tuner but looping in and out of the diseqc motor to provide the power.

@stuhow : I don't know, what is your problem. I'm just supposing, that you want to tell that your motor sometimes doesn't rotate.
