Can I watch and record IPTV channels on a Vu+ Uno 4k SE?

I am thinking about to buy a Vu+ Uno 4k SE.I haven't used any Vu+ models or any similar stb/pvr(just used closed-source stbs,no iptv support)

Can I buy an iptv subscription and watch and record the channels using Vu+ Uno 4k SE? How can I understand if it is possible to watch/record IPTV channels from a provider before subscription, are there limitations?

Also I think it's not possible to use IPTV using stock firmware of Vu+ Uno 4k SE?(without using third-party images)
