Cannot record...

Hi
I have just tried to record a channel and a popup box shows:

"Couldn't record due to invalid service. Then a long number". The drive is 2.5" 1TB.

I am running in flash and have plenty of room. I have checked the drive is active and mounted. It appears ok.

I re-flashed the system but same problem.

I am running the latest BH on a new (1 week old) Dou2

Any one have any ideas?

The service means the channel, it has something to do with a failed tuning.
The long number is the channel reference.
Try loading new settings or performing a manual search on the satellite or transponder.

Thanks for reply. I tried all possibilities but nothing worked even re-flashed 3 times nothing. So in desperation I did a factory reset, this worked but all data lost on hard drive backup. I had backed up on my PC and USB so not to much hassle getting going again. Have had a Duo for many years never seen this problem before. Once we get over the differences between Duo and Duo2 I hope all will be good again, the sad thing on Duo2 is no Meoboot to play around with other flashes. BH please note.
