Can't formate or re initiate int hdd after flashing

Hi all vupluscommunity.
I had to reinstall my Bh img 2.1.1 all good now but my hdd not usable but recognised .I tried to formate and initiate.it seems to be busy with another programm. I got message like saying nfs open and should change something that I ignore.
Thank you to help me.
Hdd sata 500 and worked fine all the week. My demo is vu+duo2

Of course I initiated hdd .then recording became possible

By the way I have a question about ip of vuduo2.192.168.o.xx
Xx changed 3 times in one week!!! Any explanation?
