chanels change automatic

hi need help vu+ duo download Black Hole Vu+ Duo 2.0.2 Rev. All fine all works great then 2 weeks late I would be watching one channel and all of a sudden it changers automaticly back and fourth this some time gose on for 5 mins when reboot some time ok other times will change again lots of other channels is there setting to stop any help please

I'm sorry but we don't support anymore the 2.0.2 image series because it's too old.
Update to the latest version and verify if the problem persist or not.
