Request CrossEPG not working

Hi, when i try to update Epg throught CrossEPG update rytec option, it give me a error message "Nothing to update".

I think it is possibly caused cause the folder "Providers" is empty.

Any help? Thank you

MENU > INFORMATION > ABOUT .... make a screenshot and upload it here!

I am not at home. Later i will do.

Anyone use a Black hole? I think it could be caused cause the Providers folder is empty, so of course the isnt nothing to update....

Just download and install CrossEPG again from the addons manager to correct the empty folder

I cant reinstall it i dont know why.

Could you share with me this folder? Id located in usr/CrossEPG/providers

It´s not only a matter of providers, but also plugin modification!

It was already clearly told you that BH releases BEFORE 3.0.5 (and yours is 303) cannot have a CrossEPG working (if not for a few providers, probably)! How should be that differently said? You MUST install the latest BH in order to use all the new CrossEPG providers. Otherwise, there is nothing to do, nothing, nothing. No brutal copy of folders anywhere.
All this was already explained to you.

No. You can save only your bouquets by OpenWebIf or by a software for your computer. That's all you can save.

Download EPGImporter.. latest BH CrossEPG is not working for me also..
