Dead Vu Ultimo

Hi all,
I've got a Ultimo, worked fine for more than a year, then it start loosing signal on tuners, signal simply dropping, and in 10 min one is unable to watch the channel, same channel.
Tried to reflag different image, same situation, till one day it died completely, no access on Ethernet, USB, RS232, fan not turning, no lights on VFD, just the power, channel buttons and volumes buttons light up.
Tried Jtag as we'll, but no change, still not booting. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

How did you get to this conclusion? It seems fine to me, measured voltage on Vcc on Jtag, 3.3V, spot on. Don't think is power, I suspect something on motherboard, maybe the NAND itself.

Hello, i have same problem in my vu+ultimo...no access on Ethernet, USB, RS232, fan not turning, no lights on VFD, just the power, channel buttons and volumes buttons light up.
with new power supply fixe this ?
